Our Seattle legal support staff

When you call or visit our Seattle law firm, you’ll likely come into contact with a member of our support team. From day-to-day details to case specific support for corporate, criminal, real estate, or tax law, they provide the behind-the-scenes support for your legal victories.

Shannon Adsero is our reliable, quirky and friendly receptionist. A part of the Cable, Langenbach, Kinerk and Bauer team since late 2005, she primarily ensures all our documents get delivered and filed in a timely manner. When not exploring Seattle during deliveries, she is ready to pitch in wherever we need some extra support.

Pam Carlson has been with our firm since May 1997 and serves as our account manager. Her dedicated, responsive and efficient attitude has been a real asset in overseeing client billing and account reporting.

Wendy Foster joined Cable, Langenbach, Kinerk and Bauer in February 2003 and is dedicated to completing every task at hand with close attention given to even the smallest detail. As a paralegal she assists in compiling, organizing and completing case pertinent documents and materials.

Jonathan R. Jolley joined the team in early 2006 as our accounting/office assistant. His professional and adaptive nature serve him well as he handles timesheet entries, billing, mail distribution and even a bit of front office support. One of the most interesting things he encounters is our attorneys’ handwriting.

Joanie Kohn joined our staff in 1981 and has proven to be an enthusiastic, caring team player. As a legal assistant she often acts as a liaison between the client and attorney in preparing necessary legal documents. She also loves planning office parties.

Lynn B. Marich has been with the firm for more than ten years and has been a paralegal since 1987. Her thoroughness and years of experience bring valued support to every case she works on, with a focus on document research, compilation, organization and filing for corporate cases.

Nancy Masterson is one of the newer staff members, having joined Cable, Langenbach, Kinerk and Bauer in 2005. She appreciates a good challenge and creative problem solving. As a legal assistant, she handles file and case management, scheduling and organizing, as well as interacting with federal, state and local agencies on our clients’ behalf.

Jana Schiewe is a legal assistant with our firm and assists attorneys with court filings and document preparation. Her outgoing personality and love of project variety has been an asset to Cable, Langenbach, Kinerk and Bauer since she joined our staff in 2004.

Rosanne Wanamaker, legal secretary, prides herself on doing whatever it takes to help our lawyers accomplish our clients’ goals. She enjoys the behind-the-scenes analysis and strategy planning sessions involved in preparing our clients’ cases. Rosanne has been a loyal and dependable team member of our staff since early 2005.
