Practice
Whether it’s a transaction or litigation, Neil understands commercial law. That’s why his practice focuses primarily on civil litigation and disputes arising from commercial and real estate related transactions. He advises closely held businesses on a variety of matters and has experience negotiating contracts in the entertainment field, including recording contracts, publishing and licensing agreements. Neil also counsels clients in the wine and beverage industry on issues from branding to distribution.
