Practice
A member of the Washington State Bar Association since 1995, Diana concentrates her practice on several areas of litigation, including employment litigation and counseling, real estate litigation and securities litigation. She is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Western and Eastern Districts of Washington. Diana joined Cable, Langenbach, Kinerk and Bauer in 2003. Before joining the firm, she was a partner/member of the Badgley Mullins Law Group in Seattle, where she practiced law for five years.
