From estate planning to corporate mergers, Don has a keen sense of detail. He concentrates his practice in corporate, partnership and limited liability company law, taxation and estate planning and probate. He also has a wealth of experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions. Don’s estate planning practice includes preparing for estate tax savings through the use of trusts.
